1. Bookings can be made via phone, email or website. Full balance should be paid upon booking, or before the arrival date. Payments can be made via card, cash or BACS. Bookings cannot be changed within 5 days of arrival but in exceptional circumstances alternative dates will be considered. For telephone or email bookings a 50% deposit is taken to secure the booking and final payment is due by your arrival date.  

2. All visitors must provide an approximate time of arrival so we can meet you on site between 12 noon and 9pm. In exceptional circumstances please contact us to arrange a later time. 

3. All pitches must be vacated by 11am otherwise a further day's charge will be made. Anyone wishing to re book a longer stay must do so before 10am subject to availability. 

4. Consideration must be given to the privacy and space of neighbouring guests. Minimum of 3m between pitches for fire safety regulations. 

5. Red Oak Camping is located on our working cattle farm and surrounded by other working farms. Please be aware of the dangers and hazards from farm vehicles and animals near and around the site. The farming areas are NOT accessible to the public. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children whilst staying at Red Oak. 

6. Guests have 24hr access to the onsite bathroom and shower facilities. These are routinely cleaned by both male and female staff. 

7. CCTV coverage is in use on the entrance yard and farmyard.  

8. No responsibility will be accepted by Red Oak for any items belonging to or rented by customers that are stolen or damaged whilst on site. Any damage caused to other guests’ property will be the responsibility of the owner and that person will be liable for any damage caused. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover such eventualities.  

9. Designated firepits are available to use, and wood is available to buy during your stay. BBQs are permitted if raised off the ground and disposed of appropriately. Hot ashes should never be disposed of in the bins or anywhere on the site due to serious fire risk and injury to other guests.  

10. We welcome dogs but they must be always kept on a lead and all dog fouling must be cleared immediately and deposed of in the correct bins. 

11. The volume of radios, music etc must always be kept to a minimum to not disturb others and be turned off by 11pm in respect of other guests. 

12. Bookings for all groups including large family or friend groups must be notified to us and approved by us at the time of booking. Group booking may only be made by telephoning or emailing the site and may not be booked online.  

13. The flying of drones is not permitted at Red Oak Camping. 

14. The use of storage of firearms or weapons is NOT permitted. 

15. Each pitch is chargeable for the occupancy of 2 adults. Additional occupants will be charged at the rate as stated at the time of booking.  

16. We take care to ensure that our site is of a high standard, however if you have any problems whilst visiting us, please contact the on-site office immediately or call 07715 538781 to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter. If you have a further unresolved complaint, please contact info@red-oak-farm.co.uk .In considering any complaint, we will take into account whether we have been given the opportunity to investigate and resolve matters.  

17. Please note we will not tolerate any written, verbal or physical abuse towards our staff members.  

18. We may terminate our contract with you and ask you to leave the site immediately without compensation being payable if we consider that you or your party have committed a serious breach of these terms and conditions, or we consider that you or your party’s behaviour endangers the safety of our visitors or staff. In addition, any complaints made of antisocial or unacceptable behaviour against you or your party or cause damage to the site, we will request you leave the site immediately.
